Every other week on Friday, I send out a newsletter on Revue called "Soupçon!".

 

Each issue includes a short personal essay — like "On Femininity" or "On Not Feeling Hungry" —  and a few recipes I have made recently, like traditional Russian pelmeni, or salt-and-dill salmon with a side of risotto.
